Luxury Sentosa Cove condo launched 9 years after TOP

Luxury Sentosa Cove condo Cape Royale launching for sale years after 2013 completion; did not launch for sale due to cooling measures then.. When talking about new launch condos, you seldom ever hear about condominiums in Singapore that were merely finished and went on sale years later. Cape Royale, an upmarket Sentosa Cove condominium, only recently did. The property was completed in 2013, however its developers, Ho Bee Land and IOI Properties, did not list it for sale at the time due to cooling measures.

The project was rented out for nine years before it was finally launched on July 6 of this year. Out of all the condos in Sentosa Cove, Cape Royale is still the most recent. 50 of the 302 total units were placed up for sale, and about half of those have already been sold. The cost of a three-bedroom unit ranges from S$3.52 million to S$4.58 million (or S$1,930 to S$2,437 per square foot). From S$5.33 million to S$6.2 million (S$2,019 psf to S$2,459 psf), the cost of a 4-bedroom property. Penthouses cost between S$6.2 million and S$11 million ($2,119 to $2,564 per square foot).

Here’s a look inside Sentosa Cove’s luxurious Cape Royale, which we got the privilege to tour. Continue reading as we discuss Cape Royale’s features, unit layouts, setting, and more for buyers seeking a resort-style lifestyle in Sentosa Cove.

This shows that the average price per square foot (psf) in Cape Royale is S$2,224, which is around 24% less expensive than the average psf price of new releases in the CCR, which is S$2,758. There are 85 years left on the lease for Cape Royale, which is an important point to keep in mind. However, Cape Royale is a condo that still looks brand new if you don’t mind this. Another advantage is that you don’t have to wait and may move in right away.

In the end, Cape Royale might be a good investment for people who appreciate living on the seashore in the upscale gated community of Sentosa Cove and don’t mind traveling to mainland Singapore for the majority of their daily activities and necessities.
